What to Expect

During your in-person consultation, we’ll:

  • Inspect Your Roof or Mounting Area: We visually assess your mounting site and review photos you send us in advance to identify the best placement.
  • Perform a Signal Test: We use the Starlink app and our tools to test for obstructions and verify signal strength.
  • Advise on Gear: We’ll help you choose the right Starlink model (Standard, High Performance, Mini, etc.) based on your location and setup.
  • Review Installation Options: We’ll walk through potential mounting solutions and cable routes, and we’ll answer your questions on system integration, networking, and power.
  • Plan Your Install: If you're ready with your gear, installation can often be scheduled same day.

Note: We recommend ordering your Starlink equipment directly from starlink.com to ensure it’s registered to your account.

Availability

We currently offer on-site consultations in WA, OR, ID, and WY. If you're outside our service area, remote consultations are available upon request.

If you choose to move forward with Wolf Pack for your installation, the cost of your site survey will be applied to your installation cost (~$450-600). If you prefer to DIY the install, we can talk you through it.

After check out, you'll hear from us within just a few hours to schedule your site survey. If a survey is not needed or if you're out of our territory, we'll refund your fee and help you find an installer in your region.

If you have any questions, please call 360-800-5439 or email info@wolfpackoverland.com.
