Agile starts with the finished van’s weight. The Pro RIP kit pairs a weight-matched rear leaf pack with fixed-tune FOX dampers, BILSTEIN B6 front struts, front coil assist, and reinforced rear shock mounts.

• Best fit: Loaded vans whose owners want consistent road manners without adjusting shocks between drives.
• More control: Agile also offers adjustable Performance Elite and Factory Race packages for mixed highway and trail use.
• Warranty: Coverage is component-specific. Eligible BILSTEIN B6 struts have a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty. FOX coverage varies by series and purchase date; qualifying Performance Series shocks have limited lifetime coverage, with exclusions. Owl’s approach is that the same van does different jobs on the highway and the trail. Progressive Deaver leaf packs support the load, while adjustable Falcon dampers let the driver change the feel for pavement, washboard, and rough roads.

• Best fit: Mixed highway travel and regular dirt, with an owner who will use the external adjusters.
• The trade-off: The Pro adds lift and upgraded front struts, with a higher price and more driver involvement.
• Warranty: Four years / 40,000 miles for the eligible Owl Arrow system installed by Wolf Pack, whichever comes first. Limited parts coverage; Owl’s terms apply.

King brings desert-racing hardware to the Sprinter: reservoir shocks, compression adjustment, and rebuildable bodies. A shop pairs the dampers with suitable rear leaf springs to make a complete system.

• Best fit: Owners who value rebuildability and heat capacity for sustained rough-road driving.
• Watch for: Spring and shock selection must work together. If the chosen setup adds rear helper coils, their support must be included when selecting the leaf pack.
• Warranty: 90 days from purchase against manufacturing defects. Coatings are covered at the time of sale only. Maintenance and use exclusions apply.

Evictus uses large-diameter dampers with a dual-piston, anti-cavitation reservoir design. Its approach is self-adapting damping: control against initial body roll, with compliance over larger impacts, without daily clicker adjustments.

• Best fit: Owners seeking more damper capacity for vans regularly driven on rough roads.
• Watch for: Rear helper coils add spring support. Match the complete spring system to the loaded van rather than stacking spring rates blindly.
• Warranty: Advanced: one year / 12,000 post-installation miles. Prerunner: two years / 25,000 post-installation miles. Whichever limit comes first; original-owner coverage with maintenance and use conditions.

Van Compass builds staged systems. Owners can start with dampers and spring support, then choose additional lift, brackets, and struts as their needs change. Adjustable Falcon options cover the highway-to-dirt transition.

• Best fit: Owners who want an incremental upgrade path and a package matched to their van’s weight and terrain.
• Closer look: Check the condition of the factory leaf springs before adding a mini-pack. Include the appropriate shock-mount reinforcement and the labor cost of future upgrades.
• Warranty: Falcon shocks: one year, parts only; diagnostic labor, warranty labor, and shipping excluded. Fabricated hard parts have original-owner coverage; springs and other components have separate terms.

Belltech’s Sprinter systems combine coilovers, lift hardware, and chassis-specific brackets. This is a different route to ride height and support than replacing the rear leaf pack with one selected for the van’s loaded weight.

• Best fit: Owners considering a coordinated lift and damper package for the exact Sprinter application.
• The test: Check the spring range, resulting geometry, and kit contents against your axle weights. Belltech and third-party bundles can contain different parts.
• Warranty: Belltech lists three years / unlimited mileage for Street Performance, Trail Performance, and Nitro Drop 2 shocks and struts; five years / unlimited mileage for Street Performance and Trail Performance coilovers. Authorized-dealer purchase and other conditions apply.

BILSTEIN, KONI, FOX, and OEM replacement dampers can be a sensible refresh when the van’s springs still provide the right support and ride height. A damper controls movement; it does not add spring rate.

• Best fit: A van with healthy, correctly loaded springs and worn or poorly matched dampers.
• The limit: Replacing shocks alone does not correct inadequate spring support or restore travel when the rear sits on its bump stops.
