Mondo Mudguards – 2" Clearance Upgrade 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter

The Mondo Mudguards for the 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter VS30 are one of the most effective clearance upgrades available for running larger tires. This is the mudguard solution we install most often when stepping up tire size, especially when converting to super singles.

By extending the wheel opening approximately 2 inches, Mondo Mudguards provide critical clearance for larger diameter and wider tires while maintaining proper coverage for road spray and debris. This added space helps reduce rubbing during suspension travel, steering input, and off pavement use without cutting body panels or compromising fitment.

Designed using OEM CAD data, these mudguards follow the factory body lines for a clean OEM plus appearance. They are available in textured TPO plastic for durability and impact resistance, or paintable ABS for customers who want a body color matched finish.

Tire Fitment Guidance

For vans with adaptive cruise control that want to retain full system functionality, 275/70R17 is a common and reliable choice.

More aggressive setups such as 285/75R16 can be accommodated, especially with super single conversions, but may affect adaptive cruise performance depending on configuration.
