The Snorkel Kit for the 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter 907 V6 Diesel is designed to improve engine air quality in dusty, off pavement, and expedition style driving conditions. Using factory Mercedes Benz CAD data, this snorkel follows the Sprinter body precisely for proper fitment, airflow, and long term reliability.
By relocating the engine intake to a higher position, the snorkel pulls in cleaner, cooler air and reduces the amount of dust and debris reaching the air filter. When paired with an optional pre filter sold separately, airborne dust is ejected before it ever reaches the intake system, extending filter life and reducing engine wear.
A snorkel is not just about water crossings. Its primary benefit is improved air quality, especially during convoy travel, dirt roads, desert terrain, and long distance overland driving. This system is engineered for maximum airflow, using smooth internal transitions and large diameter silicone connectors to avoid restriction at highway or trail speeds.
Vehicle Compatibility
- Diesel V6 Engines Only
- Fits 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter 907 VS30 with V6 diesel engines
- Does not fit AWD Sprinters with 4 cylinder engines
- Does not fit vehicles with auxiliary batteries located behind the headlight or under the hood
- If your Sprinter has under hood batteries, this snorkel will not fit.
Installation Notes
- Installation requires cutting a 4 inch hole in the left front fender
- Paper cutting template and full instructions are included
- Professional installation is recommended for best results
