That’s why we’ve created a warranty and guarantee policy that’s all about trust, reassurance, and ensuring your vehicle is prepared to tackle any adventure.

Our Commitment

  • Quality Workmanship: Every upfit is handled by skilled professionals who treat your vehicle as if it were their own.
  • Concierge-Level Service: From start to finish, our team is here to answer questions, offer guidance, and simplify your experience.
  • Peace of Mind: If something goes wrong due to our workmanship or materials, we’ll make it right—quickly and at no cost to you.

Warranty and Guarantee Coverage

  • Duration: 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date your build is completed.
  • What’s Covered: Defects in materials or labor provided by Wolf Pack Overland. If we installed it and it fails because of our error, we’ll fix or replace it.
  • Limitations: This guarantee covers the original owner only and cannot be transferred. All repairs must be performed by Wolf Pack Overland or an approved service provider.

Manufacturer Components


Certain parts of your build—like electronics, appliances, batteries, or specialized accessories—may carry their own warranties from their respective manufacturers. We’ll gladly guide you through those claims, ensuring you’re never left to handle issues on your own.

Guarantee Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse, or natural disasters.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations performed without our written consent.
  • Vehicle components unrelated to our work (e.g., the base vehicle’s drivetrain, suspension, or factory-installed systems).
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, or routine maintenance costs.

  2. Assessment: We’ll evaluate the situation and confirm coverage.
  3. Repair: If it’s covered, we’ll schedule a repair or replacement.
