Complete surround sound.

Full sound around you. Front speakers, tweeters, and a sub work together as a tuned stereo system. The Sprinter example below shows the layout.

Custom wiring, built on-site.

We build each harness on-site around your radio, speakers, and amplifier, with insulated, supported connections and access for future service. Want room to expand? We can plan additional channels, DSP, camp-facing speakers, or wireless outdoor audio around where you want to listen.

01 · Stabilize the structure.

We bond the ABS components of the Mercedes interior door panel to reduce movement between its plastic pieces.

02 · Control panel resonance.

Kilmat and door-skin treatment help control panel resonance. Window operation, drainage, and service access stay clear.

03 · Build the speaker mount.

Custom 3D-printed adapters match your speaker choice and vehicle, with the clearance needed behind the trim.

04 · Wire and tune the whole system.

We build the harness on-site, integrate the factory audio signal, and tune the speakers and sub together.

Separate door woofers and tweeters deliver clear voices and detail. Custom adapters fit the speakers securely behind your vehicle’s trim.

Where we place the sub.

We choose the location around your storage, existing equipment, and passenger comfort.

Revel: overhead shelf

Above the driver or passenger can preserve floor storage. We use a suitable enclosure and check mounting strength, clearance, and sound from both seats.

Ekko: follow the floor plan

Available cabinetry and storage areas give us options. The final location depends on your layout and equipment.

Open Trail:

Compact enclosures can fit behind the driver’s seat or under the bench seat. We check seat travel, access, and surrounding furniture.

Transit, Grenadier, and other vehicles

Behind-seat and custom interior locations are considered around the space you want to preserve. With additional space, larger sub options are available.

Under the passenger seat?

It’s an option when there’s no heater or battery in the way. For frequent passengers, we consider other locations first to keep seat vibration comfortable and reduce audio fatigue.
