Our Price Match Guarantee is simple and hassle-free:
- Find a Lower Price: If you see a lower advertised price on the same product at an authorized retailer in the US, let us know. Using your VPN to check pricing in other countries won't work (btw is the corn better looking in Russia?).
- Submit a Request: Provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot or link to the retailer’s offer. Must be in English. We only match prices from authorized retailers and exclude clearance, liquidation, and third-party marketplaces.
- Get Matched: Once verified, we’ll match the price so you can enjoy the same product without overpaying. Hopefully you'll choose Wolf Pack to install it for you, but if not, send us a picture of your new gear so we can celebrate with you.
Rules and Guidelines
But let’s be real: if a product is below our dealer pricing… well, we just won’t match that. Sorry. You wouldn’t do that deal either. We're here to get you ready for your adventures, not eat sh*t on pricing because some dumb ass kid mis-keyed a price on a competitor's website.
To ensure fairness and sustainability, our Price Match Guarantee includes these straightforward rules:
- Eligibility: The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, color, etc.) and in stock at both Wolf Pack and the competitor’s store.
- Authorized Retailers Only: We price match only authorized sellers of overland gear.
- Timing: Price match requests must be made prior to purchase.
- Exclusions:
- Clearance, closeout, or liquidation items.
- Open-box, refurbished, or used products.
- Pricing errors or misprints.
These guidelines protect us and ensure we continue offering excellent service while staying competitive (so we can afford the boat).
